The firm was established in the year October 2012 and now having four partners. The firm offers a wide range of specialized and multi-disciplinary professional services which meets all the needs of the business. The Partners of L S D & CO have varied experience and blend of knowledge and youthful energy.

About the team:
Mr. Anil Kedia is a Bachelor of Commerce from Rajasthan University and a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is in the profession since 1989. He is an acclaimed professional in Finance, Accounting and various business compliances. He has been in practice for more than 20 years and have provided CFO services to various entities having various credit facilities accumulating to more than 700 crores and supported in their journey from their nascent stage to big business houses. He has also worked as CFO in a renowned investment house having investment of more than 5,000 crores for supporting them in various compliance needs in Companies Act, GST Acts and Income Tax Act along with financials & investment advisory & monitoring. He is currently active contributing partner in L S D & Co, for applying his sharp skills, discipline and knowledge for helping many more entities in their growth journey.
Being a Chartered Accountant, Mr. Rajesh Kalyani has worked with numerous businesses with credit exposure of over INR 250 Cr. He has overseen more than INR 25,000 Cr worth of secured NCDs, working capital facilities, and bank loans in total. Has a thorough understanding of commercial acumen in organising the source of funding, setting up numerous projects, and ongoing project supervision. Possesses a thorough awareness of the terms, conditions, and requirements that apply to sanctioned financial facilities, assisting in the ongoing monitoring and security of any approved facility. He has interacted with reputed audit firms, such as the big 4, on a variety of intricate business-related topics.
FCA Lokesh Khandelia is a Bachelor of Commerce and Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
He is serving the profession since 2012 and has expert knowledge in the
field of Audits including Bank audits, Indirect Taxation, Direct Taxation, Specific Corporate Assignments and Corporate Law Matters.
He has successfully executed all category of banking audits viz Statutory Bank Audit, Concurrent Audit, Stock Audit, Revenue Audit,
Other Specific banking assignment in associate with other CA firms and during article-ship period.
He has supervised as in-charge execution of audits in all the sectors viz Manufacturing, Trading and Service Industries.
He has executed all the category of stock & book debts audit viz Large, Medium and Small Borrowers.
FCA Raghav Kalyani is a Bachelor of Commerce and Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India having interest areas spread in various fields including economics. He is serving the profession for more than last six years and is youngest partner in the firm. He has a good knowledge of financial and accounting policies, principles and procedures, various corporate laws and statutory enactments. He is in-charge for Internal Audit assignment and various other Audits including Statutory audits of Large & Medium corporate in manufacturing, trading, and service sector. He is passionate in helping new and growing start-ups in their journey of realizing their goal. He has guided various corporate clients in successful implementation of effective internal control system and developing SOP. In free time, he blogs, performs poetry and explore the places and experiences.
